1. No Refunds After Services Are Rendered

All payments for mediumship sessions are final and non-refundable once the service has been provided. This applies whether the session occurs virtually, in person, or through any other medium.

Mediumship is a personal, subjective experience, and I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or connections. As such, refunds will not be issued based on your satisfaction or the results of a session.
2. Pre-Service Cancellations

If you cancel your session at least [insert your preferred notice period, e.g., 24 or 48] hours before the scheduled time, I may, at my sole discretion, offer a full or partial refund or allow you to reschedule.

Cancellations within [same notice period, e.g., 24 or 48] hours of the session, or no-shows, are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
3. My Cancellations

If I need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, I will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule, whichever you prefer. This is the only exception to the no-refund policy.
4. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. No services will be provided until payment is received.
